Courses do not need to be taken in order.

Select the course you wish to enroll in and click on check next availability. If you want to enroll in multiple courses to secure your seat in all courses, select each course and add it to the cart. Once you are finished selecting, continue to checkout to make your payment for all the selected courses.

If you have taken real estate courses in the past, please get in touch with us to ensure you do not repeat a course that you have already received credit for.

If you have taken previous courses, contact the Texas Real Estate Commission to ensure your courses will count for credit. Click HERE for a direct link to TREC.

Courses that are cancelled will be refunded. - You may also contact us to enroll and pay in person.

You will be required to sign an enrollment contract prior to attending class. To view this form, click on HERE. This form will be provided to you for signature on the first day of class.
CRIMINAL HISTORY NOTICE:
If you have a past history you feel may affect your application for licensing, please visit the TREC website directly for information. Evaluations are typically done on a case-by-case basis. Please note that Lone Star Real Estate School cannot evaluate your history or make any guarantees or promises of passing the TREC background check.
The Texas Real Estate Commission will further evaluate students who apply for licensure to determine whether their fitness of character meets the state qualifications for honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity. If you have any criminal offenses, unpaid judgments, disciplinary actions taken against a professional of occupational license or have performed any unlicensed activity, you should consider requesting a Fitness Determination (FD) form. Courses must be attended entirely. Any missed times/hours must be made up by attending makeup sessions or on rotation for the next course. Additional fees of $10.00/hr will be assessed for makeup hours.
