•     📚 6 Required Pre-Licensing Courses
•     💵 $235.00 per course – includes required textbook
•     🧾 Total cost: $1,410.00 for all six courses

How to Enroll Online: View our class schedule below. 

  1. Courses do not need to be taken in order. 

  2. Click on the tab for the daytime or evening courses you wish to enroll in. 

  3. Select the course you wish to enroll in and click on check next availability.  If you want to enroll in multiple courses to secure your seat in all courses, select each course and add it to the cart. Once you are finished selecting, continue to checkout to make your payment for all the selected courses. 

  4. You may also contact us to enroll and pay in person. 

  5. If you have taken real estate courses in the past, please get in touch with us to ensure you do not repeat a course that you have already received credit for. 

  6. If you have taken previous courses, contact the Texas Real Estate Commission to ensure your courses will count for credit. Click HERE for a direct link to TREC.

  7. Cancelled courses by the institution will be refunded.  

  8. Please note that student-requested refunds paid by credit card will incur a 3% processing fee. 

  9. You will be required to sign an enrollment contract prior to attending class. To view this form, click on HERE. This form will be provided to you for signature on the first day of class. 

CRIMINAL HISTORY NOTICE:

If you have a past history you feel may affect your application for licensing, please visit the TREC website directly for information. Evaluations are typically done on a case-by-case basis. Please note that Lone Star Real Estate School cannot evaluate your history or make any guarantees or promises of passing the TREC background check.

The Texas Real Estate Commission will further evaluate students who apply for licensure to determine whether their fitness of character meets the state qualifications for honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity. If you have any criminal offenses, unpaid judgments, disciplinary actions taken against a professional of occupational license or have performed any unlicensed activity, you should consider requesting a Fitness Determination (FD) form. This form can be found utilizing the following link: https://www.trec.texas.gov/forms/fitness-determination

Courses must be attended entirely. Any missed times/hours must be made up by attending makeup sessions or on rotation for the next course.  Additional fees of $10.00/hr will be assessed for makeup hours.

  1. View the class schedule above for the dates and times for daytime or evenings

  2. Find the course you wish to enroll in below and click on enroll.

  3. Click on Check next Availability to select the next upcoming course for the one selected. 

  4. You may then choose to check out and pay the tuition for the selected course or add it to the cart to continue selecting more courses. The course will be saved in your cart. 

  5. Once you have made your selections, continue to checkout for final payment.

Please note: Tuition payments are required to reserve your seat. In-person payments may be arranged on a first come first serve basis.
